红外轻质混凝土项目'Youth Club Betonoase'封顶仪式

November 8th, 2017, the topping-out ceremony took place at our project site for ‘Youth Club Betonoase’ in Lichtenberg district of Berlin. Together with architects Gruber Popp, schlaich bergermann partner have developed the design and construction documents after winning a design competition jointly in spring of 2016. 

2017年11月8日,‘Youth Club Betonoase’项目封顶仪式在柏林Lichtenberg 区的项目现场举行。sbp连同建筑师Gruber Popp于2016年春季中标,负责扩初设计和施工文件。

The external walls and canopy roofs of the single storey building are constructed of infra-lightweight concrete with a density of only 700 kg/m<sup>3</sup>. Due to the low thermal conductivity, the structural and building physics requirements can be fulfilled with a monolithic concrete structure with external walls of 50 cm thickness. The term infra-lightweight concrete stems from the fact that – similar to infrared radiation – with its low density it lies beneath the spectrum which is covered by current building codes. 

该单层建筑的外墙和雨蓬屋盖采用了密度仅700 kg/m<sup>3</sup>的红外轻质混凝土,因为导热率低,外墙厚度为50 cm的整体式混凝土结构便可实现结构工程和建筑物理要求。取“红外轻质”一词是因为它——类似红外辐射—密度低,处在光谱的底部。

A special approval process was required with numerous structural tests to confirm the strength of the members. The client, Lichtenberg council, pushed the innovative pilot project ahead together with the design team, check engineers, external experts and the approving authority.

项目需要经历无数次的结构测试,确定元件的强度,最终通过专业审批在业主、Lichtenberg区理事会连同设计团队、工程审查团队、外部专家、审批部门的共同推动下完成了这一前沿项目。

For us, the project is an important milestone in establishing monolithic design in the industry. The opening is envisaged for summer of 2018.

对于我们来说,该项目为在行业内确立整体式设计树立了重要的里程碑。项目拟在2018年夏季面向公众开放。
